I noticed that when you return to an hangar (congrats for that also ), the fighter goes through it all to its end and all is messed (you see through walls as example) can this be addressed? thx!

This happens because your craft does not return to the Calamari Cruiser opt or the Winged Calarmi Cruiser Liberty opt (default slots) which are hard-coded via the XWA game engine.
You can actually swap ship slots (i.e. ISD for the CRS opts etc.) and it would work, but there is a domino effect... you would have edit a lot of things including game engine ship slots, DATs, *.lst, *.txt, mission files, etc.,... a ton of work and very time consuming process.

Unfortunately it's a problem in the engine which the whole community has been trying to solve for some time now. In all honesty I wouldn't expect to see this fixed ever.
