This is a great mod! ;D It really feels like you are playing Tie Fighter, which is the best space sim game of all time. I like how you have worked the Stele chronicles into the game. Good work guys.
To keep it short and simple, the only issue that I have that hasn't been addressed in a previous thread is that sometimes I can still hear the voice of that stupid droid from Alliance.
You guys have already said that you want to replace the Alliance music soundtrack. Would it be possible to port the midi soundtrack from the original game? That would be awesome.

I second this, i really missed the midi music when i went to Tie Fighter 95....CD Audio was really terrible, it blocked out everything, so if its possible, it would be cool if you could convert the very original Tie Fighter (TieCD....as in the kind without CD-Audio) and i will be in eternal bliss)

IMHO, they shouldn't port the midi soundtrack over to XWA. The music will sound too out of place. Don't get me wrong, I love the midi music, but it just wouldn't fit into XWA's atmosphere. The best thing to do, would be to orchestrate the midi music that was in TIE Fighter. Then put that in XWA, and we have a winner. And I hope that they will change the droid's voice too. Preferably with R2-D2 sounds. I always pictured that Maarek had a little droid companion with him
