Is it in the works to re-master the TIE Fighter MIDIs (like maybe recording the lplayback output of a high-end soundcard like the Audigy and using a high-end Soundfont) into X-Wing Alliance?
I wouldn't be surprised if this was impossible, but was wondering if this was possible anyway. Would it be possible to reproduce the contextually sensitive musical transitions in the original within the limits of the XWA engine?
I can't imagine the XWA iMuse is anywhere near as sophisiticated as that of TF (ironically)

I have found two utilities that may help do this, but i dont have the technical skill to use them, maybe someone who does would be interested in adding this final touch to this fine conversion? they convert .wav to .imc (IMCGen 1.0 by Wildstar no. 1) and another one, created by Serge, VIMA_1.0.1.12.zip let me know if anyone is interested because i would love to hear the in game music in the converted version.
